APPOINTMENT BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Please submit personal information of the exact person that will be appearing for the appointment. Each family member should make an individual appointment.

An applicant cannot book more than one appointment for the same service.
Personal information submitted by applicants that booked two or more appointments will be permanently deleted. If you have accidentally made any extra appointments, please delete them using your security code.

Starting from September 1st, 2018 you can make an appointment only one month before the expected date of visit to the Consular section.

Please note that if you made an appointment more than two weeks before the chosen date of visit, two weeks before the scheduled date an email will be sent to you with the link to confirm your appointment. It is necessary to confirm the appointment no later than one week before the date of your visit to the Consular section. If you do not confirm the appointment, it will be cancelled.

ALL APPOINTMENTS INCONSISTENT WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
